To our Patients -

The health and safety of our patients and community is our highest priority. Oregon Medical Group (OMG) is actively monitoring and preparing for the potential spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities.

If you are feeling well but have general questions, please visit the Oregon Health Authority website at or call 211. These resources offer helpful information on avoiding the coronavirus, symptoms, what to do if you think you might have the virus and more.

If you are not feeling well, we ask that patients call their OMG clinic before arriving if you have both of the following:

1.  You have recently traveled outside the United States or have been in contact with a person known to have COVID-19,

2.  Have symptoms including fever or lower respiratory infection symptoms like cough or shortness of breath.

If you have severe symptoms or are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Our staff will assess your symptoms and review your history of potential exposure. They will then call the local county health department to determine if testing for COVID-19 is needed. If testing is not necessary, further care instructions will be discussed.

Thank you,

Oregon Medical Group

Welcome to Oregon Medical Group's Patient Portal site!

Please check back often for new features!

Accessing your Health Information-

We support our patients having access to their health information. Beyond the Patient Portal, we have also enabled the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way.  Our Portal website will be updated when we become aware of any apps that have been configured to connect to our system and are available for you to use to access your health information.

The CURES Act requires health care providers give patients secure and timely access to their health information.  As part of this regulation, we are required to make test results available to you through the patient portal, immediately as the results come in. This means you may see your test results before your doctor has had the chance and opportunity to review the results and talk to you about them.

We know test results can be difficult to understand; if you see your results before your doctor does and you are worried or feel your results are confusing, please contact your doctor’s office.

Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare needs. We are available to answer any questions you may have.

Please contact our Patient Portal team at (541) 242-4949 or email us at:

New to our practice and looking for a doctor?

Finding a provider who fits you, your family and your health needs can be tough. One place to start is by asking people you know who they see - and if they're happy with that physician. An even better place to start is by calling our New Patient Representatives.

Their job is to connect new patients with the right doctor. They'll ask a lot of questions about you and your family - they're not being nosy, just trying to figure out who would be the best match for you. Our staff has lots of experience with Oregon Medical Group and knows who is available for you. When you call our New Patient Representative, they will register you and schedule your first appointment in one call, too, saving you time and hassle.

We look forward to your call.
